MICROSTRONG MONO - BASE

Raw look and industrial finish. Its grain size makes it non-slip, on indoor and outdoor surfaces. It can be applied on porous or non-porous surfaces prepared with Primer Union.
METHOD OF USE

For its correct application on the floor, always use fiber mesh to support the torsions that can be generated (respecting the expansion joints).

Apply one or two coats depending on the desired effect with the aid of a flexible stainless steel spatula.

Allow to dry between coats, checking that it is not wet to the touch.

Sanding lightly with a rotary orbital sander, with abrasive paper 40 - 80 grit to eliminate irregularities. Between one coat and the other, let it dry for 3 hours.

Before applying the finish (floor or wall) let it dry for another 24 hours. The useful working time is between 1 and 2 hours, always depending on the conditions atmospheric and relative humidity.

MIX: 20 kg Base + 5 L of water + pigments mix between 3 and 4 minutes.

MICROSTRONG MONO MEDIUM GRAIN - FLOOR

With a medium-fine appearance, in addition to the non-slip characteristic due to its grain size, it allows a smooth finish. Designed for floors and walls, it is suitable for both indoors and outdoors. It can be applied on porous and non-porous surfaces prepared with base.
METHOD OF USE

Apply one or two coats. Depending on the desired aesthetic state with the help of a flexible spatula, by pressing the product well, a stucco effect can be obtained. If the substrate is in good condition, it can be applied directly without first using the primer (for example on plasterboard). In case of smudges, it is recommended to sand with an 80-120 grit orbital sander depending on the desired finish. Allow to dry between coats for 3 hours and 1 to 2 days before sealing. The working hours will be from 1 to 2 hours, again depending on atmospheric conditions and relative humidity.

MIX: 20 kg + 6 L of water + pigments and mix between 3 and 4 minutes.

MICROSTRONG MONO FINE GRAIN - WALL

With a subtle appearance with a defined finish in the effects, such as stucco.
Due to the characteristics of this particle size, this microcement is not anti-slip. Uniquely designed for walls, both indoors and outdoors. It can be applied on porous or non-porous surfaces prepared with base.
METHOD OF USE
Apply two or three coats depending on the desired effect with the aid of a flexible spatula, pressing the product well to obtain a stucco effect. If the substrate is in good condition, it can be applied directly without a base (for example on plasterboard). If there are burrs, it is recommended to sand with a rotary orbital sander.
grain 120 - 220 depending on the desired finish. Allow to dry between coats for 3 hours and 1 to 2 days before sealing.
The useful working time will be from 1 to 2 hours, always depending on atmospheric conditions and relative humidity.

MIX: 10 kg + 4 L of water + pigments and mix between 3 and 4 minutes.

SEALANT

To ensure maximum hardness, the system must not be sealed until completely hardened. At least 24 hours of drying are required depending on the weather conditions. Never before the coating has reached a relative humidity of less than 5%, which must be measured with special devices.
