INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE RECRYTE PREPOX AS A BARRIER TO RISING HUMIDITY

Prepox solves rising damp problems as long as the substrate is consolidated and clean. The substrate can be wet but never with water.

1. Clean the support well, leaving it free of dust or grease

2. Application with short-haired roller consumption 0.35 kg / m2

3. Sprinkle with quartz silica  grain size 0,8 mm 1 kg / m2 and allow to dry 24 h

4. Remove the quartz silica that has not adhered to the substrate using an industrial vacuum cleaner, apply the Prepox with a steel trowel leaving 3 kg / m2.

5. Use this method with humidity above 25%

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE RECRYTE PREPOX AS A WATER VAPOR BARRIER

1. Apply a coat of Prepox with a short-haired roller and spray 0.8mm quartz silica while the material is still fresh.

2. Leave to dry for 24 hours

3. Remove the quartz silica using an industrial vacuum cleaner

4. Apply a coat of Prepox with a short-haired roller without letting it dry 100%

5. Use the last coat of Prepox as an adhesion bridge for the application of READYDECOR, MIPOX or microcement.

6. Use this method with humidity above 5%

Spent  20 minutes from processing  the product will react by heating and hardening.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Protect containers from extreme temperatures, direct sun exposure and frost, at temperatures between 5 ° and 25 ° during storage

• Usage time is 6 months from the production date, properly stored.

DISPOSAL AND ENVIRONMENT

• Do not dispose of waste in sewers or water courses.

Empty containers must be disposed of in accordance with local / national legislation
