MICROSTYLE TWO-COMPONENT MICROCEMENT

It is a two-component decorative coating based on cement, aggregates and acrylic resins. Suitable for covering and decorating vertical and horizontal parameters, thus leaving a continuous and seamless decorative coating, without the need to remove existing tiles and coverings. It stands out for its easy application and excellent workability.

METHOD OF USE

The substrate must be free of dust and oil, grease or contaminant stains that could interfere with the adhesion of the product. If the surface is very absorbent such as plaster, drywall, etc. the preventive application of a water-based primer (Primer Union) is recommended. Apply one coat of adhesion with Primer Union and allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour, a maximum of 24 hours.

TWO-COMPONENT MICROSTYLE - BASE
Apply one or two coats of Base depending on the desired effect with the aid of a flexible stainless steel spatula. For its correct application on the ground, always use a fiber net to support any twisting that may be generated. Allow to dry between coats checking that it is not damp to the touch and lightly sand with orbital sander with 40 - 80 grit sandpaper to remove irregularities. Allow to dry between one coat and the other 3 hours and 24 hours before applying the finishing microcement (on tiles, allow each layer to dry for 24 hours). The useful working time will be about 1 or 2 hours, always depending on atmospheric conditions and humidity compared to 65%.

MIX: 20 kg of MICROSTYLE Base + 5 or 6 L * of RECRYTE RESINA.

MICROSTYLE TWO COMPONENETE - MEDIUM FLOOR
Apply one or two coats after applying the Base. If there are smudges, it is recommended to sand with an orbital sander with 80-120 grit paper depending on the desired needs. Allow to dry between coats 3 hours and 1 to 2 days before sealing. The useful working time will be about 1 or 2 hours, again depending on atmospheric conditions and relative humidity of 65%.

MIX: 20 kg MICROSTYLE TWO-COMPONENT MEDIUM Floor + 6 or 7 L * RECRYTE RESINA.

MICROSTYLE BICOMPONENETE - FINO WALL
With a fine appearance, due to its granulometry, this microcement is not anti-slip, but allows a finish defined in the effects, such as stucco. Uniquely designed for interior and exterior walls. It can be applied on porous or non-porous surfaces.
Apply two or three coats depending on the desired aesthetic effect with the aid of a flexible spatula, pressing the product well to obtain a stucco effect. If the substrate is in good condition, it can be applied directly. In the presence of smudges it is recommended to sand with a 120 - 220 grain orbital rotary sander depending on the desired effect. Let it dry for 3 hours between one coat and the other and 1 to 2 days for sealing. The working duration will be approximately 1 to 2 hours, again depending on atmospheric conditions and relative humidity of 65%.

MIX: 20 kg MICROSTYLE BICOMPONENETE - FINO WALL + 8 or 9 L * RECRYTE RESINA.
* Always depending on whether the application is on a horizontal or vertical support, or on the ambient temperature.

 

SEALANT
To ensure maximum system hardness, the Two-component coating must not be sealed before applying the PREFINISH pore stop primer until completely hardened.
Depending on the weather conditions at least after 24 hours of drying and never before the coating has reached a relative humidity of less than 5%. Measure with the appropriate devices.
